Eat a well balanced and healthy diet. Drink lots of water. Sleep for ample amount of time. Do not take stress. Eat a bowl of oats and sabudana everyday. Include drumsticks, garlic, green leafy vegetables, fennel seeds, cumin seeds in your diet.
