#asktheexpert how to increase breast milk production? I am having twins they didn't latch properly so I used breast pump to extract breastmilk. now the production has lessened to only 40-60 ml per day. what can I do to increase?

Nihita mittalMom of 4 children4 years agoA. I would recommend you to start having some supplement to improve the milk production in your body you can have something like Himalaya shatavari along with milk twice in a day this will definitely help improve the milk production
