ExpertDr.Sabiha AnjumObstetrician and Gynaecologist1 Year agoA. There are many videos available online, but make sure that you are very gentle when doing the massage. There is no need to do it very harshly and there is also no need to do on a daily basis. Weekly once or twice is more than enough
