A. Hello To lose weight, you can 1. Avoid sugar, sweets, fried foods, bakery foods, junk foods 2. Include sprouts, pulses, skim milk, curd, low fat paneer , Dal's, egg whites, along with vegetables, fruits 3 exercises daily for 45 minutes atleast
