A. good morning after 8 to 9 weeks of Postpartum you can start doing some light exercises walking you can start with then slowly increase the Pace and make it a brisk walk take care of the diet that you are having cut down the amount of sugar salt and oil to half that you are having before focus more on grabbing salads fruits and fibre foods in your diet
