Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Cold is a viral illness and symptoms could be sneezing, running nose, cough sore throat, nasal congestion and fever.
Treatment consists of antihistamines antipyretics analgesics and decongestants .
steam inhalation would be beneficial .
Medicines like sinarest/wikoryl / Alex cold can be given in a proper dose according to the weightfs for 3-5 days as per the symptoms .

NikithaMom of a 10 yr 9 m old boy4 years agoA. hello to help child get relief from the cold you can put nasal drops and also you can give steam too and on regards to the medication it would be better to check with your doctor and your doctor will be able to guide you better on examination of the same and advise you accordingly
