A. you can take any probiotic like sachet econorm / sporlac twice daily and take easily digestible food like rice dal khichdi curd buttermilk apple banaxna poha upma daliya and do not take milk or any type of heavy diet or non veg food for few days and take ors and lime water. take 1 glass ors for every episode of loose motions to prevent dehydrdation.
