A. thank you for reaching out to us this question 23 year old should have anywhere between 14 to 15 grams of protein on daily basis that is throughout the day so there are a lot of veg protein options as well one Makhana which is great for the child when as a snack along with that you can also look for eggs as a great option that is a you consume and another option that is available is Soya Chaap
