#asktheexpert how many time after C section my stitches are heal and how many time after C section I'm start my workout and can I do gym?

A. After delivery you should take rest for at least 3 months and then after that you can start with regular daily walking followed by mild exercise after a few days and then slowly move on for heavy workouts after 7 months The camel pose is the best yoga after delivery to reduce the weight around the tummy, along with strengthening all the major muscles of the body.

A. hi ideally it takes Time around 6 months or sometimes 12 months after delivery too the complete recovery can be achieved after 12 months o delivery although if you feel fit and fine after 6 months of delivery,you may start work out after that
