Hi mom Give massage your baby apply lotion twice daily Do swaddling cuddling swinging to soothe and make him sleep At this age two naps at one hour is enough Give ultra D3 drops and calcium supplements Give seasonal fruits vegetables cereals mashed potato mashed banana porridge khichadi curd rice dal rice etc
