#asktheexpert how long should i wait for periods after a childs birth

A. You can wait for upto an year after delivery And in the meanwhile keep using contraception as we don’t know when the ovulation will occur If you don’t get periods even after 1 year then consult your gynecologist

A. hello actually completely depends some of us will get in the very first month itself as I caught in the very first month some of them don't get up to 3 month 4 so on it goes also till the stop the breastfeeding also they won't get your periods
