It's been little over a year since I gave birth but I still didn't not get my periods. Should I wait for some more time or get checked immediately?

A. The best treatment to have Regular periods is by having a healthy lifestyle with regular daily walking or jogging along with mild exercise and meditation whenever possible. as medications will only act till you are taking them follow this

A. You can easily wait for as long as your periods do not come on their own it can be sometimes 18 months to 2 years also but that is considered completely normal so need not worry about it you don’t have to visit the doctor this is a natural thing for a woman
