Lovleena MishraMom of 2 children4 years agoA. Please feed more frequently as more the demand is, the supply becomes more. Breast compressions also help. Massage your breasts just before feeding. Use a breast pump to pump out milk between and after feedings as this also helps to increase the breast milk production. Eat a bowl full of oats and sabudana everyday.
