A. hi mom to reduce your tummy and weight u need to start exercising along with strict diet control take protein rich diet low fat low sugar foods and do yoga brisk walk cycling etc

A. to reduce post pregnancy fat start with some low intense exercise or yoga or brisk walking at first then gradually increase the intensity of exercise restrict the sugar and sweet intake avoid oily and spicy foods
