mam , as it has been 6 months after delivery,you can start workout with low impact exercises like pilates, gentle jogging, walking etc
avoid using vehicles for short distance.
eat couple of bites less than usual.
drink plenty of fluids.
like coconut water , buttermilk, nimbupani , soup , fresh fruits juice etc more
