A. with aerobics.Best will be to consult a doctor there as well who can practically see the patient and help to get a diagnosisTry to not miss on any medicine or its dose and take up lots of water and fluids on daily basis .

A. Hi dear mom To reduce ur belly fat u can start to do exercise after six months of delivery like abs and crunches, planks etc. U can also do cycling yoga, jogging etc. Drink lukewarm water with lemon and honey in the morning empty stomach to burn fat.
