A. hi mom to reduce your tummy and weight u need to start exercising along with strict diet control take protein rich diet low fat low sugar foods and do yoga brisk walk cycling etc

A. Hello dear parent! Try yoga and meditation for better physical and mental health. Start walking for at least half an hour twice a day. Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated. Good luck and take care.
