#AskTheExpert How can I reduce Belly fat after pregnancy. It's been 3 & half months since I delivered. please suggest some exercise

A. well you can sysrt with walk as that is the safest exercise and later move on to jiggini and runnin as well as cardio workout too. try and see the difference

A. Hello ma’am If you had a normal delivery then post six months of age you can start with light exercise and if you had a csection delivery Then it would be better that you wait for another 6 to 8 months so once your stitches are healed completely after that only you can go for any kind of workout and take a diet from a dietician so that you lose down your weight in a proportionate
