It seems your baby is 5 month old.. so u can start with your fitness journey after 6 months as with diet exercise is very important so start with physical exercise to loose weight after 6 months
Have small and frequent meals
Include more fruits and vegetables, proteins like daal/paneer/ soya/ beans/ daal/ eggs , dry fruits , oats in the diet
Reduce excess intake of oil, ghee sugar and salt in diet
Water 2-3 l per day
Nihita mittalMom of 4 children4 years agoA. when you are breast-feeding automatically it is said that mothers lose weight for nothing to worry however definitely cannot start any exercise before 6 months of delivery and you cannot diet when you are feeding the baby
