A. Hello You can start caloric controlled diet after baby completes 6 months & starts top up foods Till then you can avoid caloric dense foods like, fried foods , junk foods, bakery foods, biscuits, chocolate, sugar laden beverages, sugar laden sweets . You can walk daily to avoid excessive weight gain
