#AskTheExpert Hi, want to lose some weight. I am breastfeeding mom, can you suggest me diets & exercise.

A. you should start a walk for atleast 30 minutes daily in the morning and do some cardio exercises or yoga, suryanamaskar will also help in initial exercises. drink only warm water and avoid oily and junk food and eat food in small portions
