#asktheexpert Holla, my height is 5.2 and my current weight is 65 after c-section my belly is like pumpkin, I have tried all type of diet but can't able to reduce my belly, I need some suggestions to reduce my belly in food diet ,

A. Drinking lemon water after C-section is the safest way to detox and get rid of the excess belly fat. Just take some lukewarm water and add some lemon juice and honey to it. Mix together and drink this water in the morning. Drink plenty of water..to flush out the excess fat from the system. Have healthy diet, havecsnall meals frequent times a day, avoid consuming junk food . Eat a high-protein diet with plenty of soluble fiber Avoid to eat a lot of sugary foods You can walk daily half an hour. Do aerobic exercise (cardio) Perform resistance training (lift weights) do yoga, swimming, cycling.

A. Hello dear parent! Be physically active as much as possible. Start walking for at least half an hour twice a day. Try yoga and meditation for better physical and mental health. Be conscious while taking in carbohydrates and sugars. Eat more protein and fibre. Good luck and take care.
