#AskTheExpert - Ho , I have 2 and a half month old daughter. She is having lot of dryness on her head along with that she ia having white patches on her skin. She is also having red dryness patches and rough and bumpy skin on her body. I am already using coconut oil for body massage and olive oil on head. Apart from that i am using Prunix and caladryl lotion.

A. Rub a small amount of a pure, natural oil – such as almond or olive oil – on your baby's scalp and leave it on for about 15 minutes. Gently comb out the flakes with a fine-tooth comb or brush them out with a soft brush
