#AskTheExpert Hiii doc my daughter got a sprain while jumping yesterday ...in her right ankle its liile bluish by f we look keenly but no pain she is walking well ...can we spray anything as the have just used ice massage ...kindly help

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of a 12 yr 2 m old boy4 years agoA. if the child is this you can do some hot fomentation over there but it is very difficult to comment it here without a proper examination so it's advised to consult your doctor for proper examination and according to that the doctor will guide you in this matter proper
