#AskTheExpert Hi, my wife is 2 months 15 days pregnant. I would like to know about what things are good during pregnancy or first 3 months. Is non-veg food good and healthy during this time?

A. hi in the entire course or pregnancy she should eat good protiens like dals, paneer, soya, tofu, curds, chicken , eggs, have a variety of vegetables and fresh fruits and hydrate herself well sleep well and walk for 15 mins twice a day
