to lose weight you need to follow a controlled calorie diet & exercise daily for 6 to 8 months
Try to avoid sugar, fried foods, sweets, bakery & junk foods
Include more of protein rich foods like skim milk, low fat paneer, egg whites, pulses in your meals
Stay well hydrated.

See It is going to take some time just count about six months to one year if you shut down your way completely in this much time so you’ll have to go for a proper exercising as well as dieting so that you lose down your weight in a proportionate manner it is really going to be tough but you have to do it
