Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 3 m old girl2 years agoA. hi please visit your pediatrician for once give breasfeeding as per your child needs make sure your child get enough milk as you are nursing mother, eat easy to digest food give massage to your child regularly which help to prevent it
