simple yoga surya namaskar pranayam will also help in weight loss.
regular walking will also help in decreasinsg the way as well as decreasing the tummy fat.
take proper amouxnt of cereals pulses vegetable milk and fruits for adequate calorie and protein requirement
drink plenty of water for cleansing the system and improving metabolism.
