#AskTheExpert Hi, I am mother of 5 months old baby boy. Post my delivery from 3rd month till now I have severe hairfall and worrying abt thining. kindly suggest me iron supplements or some medications for this hairfall or do I need to take any protein powder kindly suggest.

please avoid stress
please avoid use of chemical products
please use avla aritha and shikakai powder mixture for washing your hair you can apply aloevera gel or natural mehndi hair pack with curd or egg once a week
