#asktheexpert Hi doctor. My lo is 16 months of old and not interested I taking plenty of water. I want to know what is the minimum quantity of talking water in a day?

A. Hi, you can give water in sippy cup, spoon, or bottle feeder. Initially they won't take more than a few sips from a cup or bottle at a time. keep trying.

A. Hi Add this is your child can easily have somewhere around 500 ML of water to 1 L of water and if your child wants to have more water than that also then there is nothing wrong with it as much water as a child or an adult as it is good for them hydration is the best way to deal with lot of issues
