Dr Gous,baby is just 4 months and what’s about fruits and plenty of water water.......,..?????

A. Exclusive breastfeeding is advisable till the time the baby completes 6 months of age. Mother's milk is sufficient to take care of water and other nutritional requirements of baby's body. No solids or semi solids or water or other liquids before the baby completes 6 months.
