#AskTheExpert hi doctor, iam in 37 th week of my pregnancy.can i do my regular exercises and stair climbing? or shall I reduce my exercise and take rest. which one is good for me?

A. hi better to avoid such things frequently. as your delivery time comes near , you should be careful and be prepared . please stay in contact with your gynecologist and take Healthy and nutritious diet take enough sleep keep your self well hydrated
