#AskTheExpert Hi doctor,I have a 4 months old girl baby can I give her bath daily with oil massage in heavy rainfall days also??

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. if it's too cold than can give bath alternate day. do massage with mustard oil or almond oil in such conditions. avoid cold wind n cold climate. tc

I think if it is a heavy rainfall than you do massage every day twice a day and you can do bad thing also every day till the time you not giving head bath to the child because that’s one reason to catch cold very fast but if you are using normal warm water to give a bath to the child every day then that’s fine otherwise you can go for alternate day basis as well
