#AskTheExpert Hi doctor I had a normal delivery,iam a breastfeeding mother now. can i have a sesame seeds is that safe?? please let me know

A. yes, you can have it.. in moderate amount. Take high protein contain food like- Milk and ghee and, grains, oatmeals, cereals, pulses, dry fruit, fresh fruits, vegetables, like methi, carrot, garlic, Bottle Gourds, beetroot, spinach. Whole Grains Sprouts, lots of water

A. yes mom definitely you can inffect many breastfeeding mothers take me seeds so to increase their breast milk supply you can take it alone or you can add it in your cooking as well but make sure to take it in the Limited quantity they are high in calcium so definitely you can go for it
