Q.

#AskTheExpert Hi Doctor. I had a c-section on January 30th. So can I climb the stairs and sit down. From when can I start exercises. My weight is 88kg. My thigh part is heavy, so how can I reduce my belly and thighs so that I can take care of my baby. Please suggest.
