I had my c section on 19feb2021 , so can I climb stairs now and can bend or not

ExpertDr.Deepinder Kaur DhawanObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. try to climb stairs in sitting position initially for two weeks. after that you can climb regularly but very carefully as your internal sutures may take six to eight months to heal

Jasmine KaurMom of a 9 yr 5 m old boy4 years agoA. Hello dear parent yes you can climb stairs. But do not over do this activity. Take as much rest as you can for a month more. Because c section is also a proper operation that a woman goes through.
