hi, am in my 31 weeks. this is my second delivery. first one normal..but this time i was so lazy haven't done anything for normal delivery...i don't go walking, didn't do any exercise, always lying on bed ..my pregnancy was completely healthy. no complications...due to few situations, i can't do these things. is there any possibility to have normal delivery now...is this remaining 1.5 months walking and exercise helps me for normal delivery...if so what exercise should I have to follow

A. no problem do mild walking for further advise and information in this regard it is advisable to consult your local doctor for proper examination physically and if all required any investigations also and proper management

It only depends on the time of delivery so you should definitely not worry about all these things at all. We should just take care about your health and this is very important. Rather than basis just follow the instructions given by your gynaecologist and there is no need to get it is
