ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. yes. see there will be lots of brands trying to impress you. but you try to stick to one brand and not fancy items ok. see your pocket too. Cut on salt in diet. take lots of fluids and a high protein diet. avoid standing or sitting with legs hanging down.

And now your final trimester has started so you have to maintain a proper diet. Because in the final trimester of pregnancy baby gain weight very fast so you have to maintain a proper diet to keep yourself healthy and hydrated Happy parenting
