hey, I have delivered a baby 2months back. my gynaecologist gave me a crape bandage to tie around my waist due to C-section. can I start using the belt now also?? will it help me tuck my baby belly inside? please help.

A. The purpose of the belt or the bandage is only to give support your postpartum belly and it has no role in reducing the tummy fat and to lose the tummy fat you have to work out and that also you have to do after six months of surgeryWrite Your Answer Here

A. yes it does. a lot of brands will be trying to impress you but you try to see your need and cost. thats better always. you have to be committed to lose weight. eat more of fruits and vegetables and take lots of water. exercise like aerobic and cardios too

A. today my baby had pneumococcal vaccination. he is crying. no signs of fever. but crying continues what should I do.

A. Hi mommy
Give adequate feeding
Maintain hygiene
Maintain hydration
Do tummy time and cycyling movement of legs regularly
Take healthy protein rich nutritious food including fenugreek ajwain butter to increase your breast milk avoid stress stay happy it also help to increase your breast milk you can take lactogen tablet to increase bm
Burp well after evey feeding by holding your baby in straight right position and wait for burping atleat ten minutes
