#asktheexpert hello sir. good morning.. my boy baby is 5 and half month old(164 days). he is showing interest in solids. shall i start now very little wise a day. or shall i wait more 20 days to complete all 180 days.

Sunita MahatoMom of 2 children1 Year agoA. start aftrr the baby completes 6 mnths.. as ragi porridge wheat porridge rice porridge cerelac khichdi sabudana puree mashed boiled fruits and veg remember one new food one at a time
