#AskTheExpert hello mam today my 40th week of pregnancy has started and from night I am feeling very much tightness in my belly. it's getting tight and after 5 mins loose and this is going on continuous. please suggest me something

A. Looks like it is the beginning of the contractions and try to do walking and take lots of water and you can consult your doctor so that she can do a pelvic examination.
