#AskTheExpert hello mam, please suggest how to loose weight without exercise. after 6.5 months of delivery my tummy is still look like 6 months old pregnancy. what to do I m very depress.

A. take diet less in fats and carbohydrate good protein quantity all types of fruits and vegetables are adequate water to drink do mild exercises at least to lose weight . .
