#AskTheExpert hello mam,I have given birth to my 3rd baby vt c section in theonth of December n done vt family planning...after my delivery i just gaining lots of weight..how can I reduce??n can I do skipping as I have gone through c section??doest weight lifting is good for my health??

A. please avoid too much pressure. wait till completion of one year. after that you can start yoga or dance class. eat low calorie diet reduce your sugar and fat intake
