#AskTheExpert hello mam I am a mother of 1 year old. Post delivery after 4 months I started feeling internal tremors when ever I lay down or sit in some positions. what is it?

it might happen because of nutritional deficiencies
so please have Healthy and nutritious diet.
avoid drinking RO water.
take apt sunlight at least 20 minutes a day
