#AsktheExpert Hello I developed wrist pain in both my hands. when consulted doc said it's 'De Quervain's tenosynovitis' and told to do complete rest. But how can I rest my hands I have a 10 month old baby and my husband and I live far from our families. Pls suggest .

A. Hello, your question is related to your health problem like pain in both hands so it’s a tendo sinusitis and it needs painkiller and calcium vitamin d3 and magnesium salt
