A. dear Mum, why are you getting such thoughts? is there anything that is bothering you? if your baby is active, feeding well, achieving all growth milestones, gaining adequate weight at least 500 grams per month then do not have such thoughts, your baby is doing well.

A. It's completely normal to have doubts and concerns about whether you're taking proper care of your baby, especially as a new parent. Here are some tips and reassurances to help you navigate this time: 1. **Trust Your Instincts**: Parental instincts are powerful. If you feel something isn't right or have concerns, it's okay to seek guidance from a pediatrician or trusted healthcare professional. 2. **Routine Check-ups**: Regular visits to your pediatrician ensure your baby's growth and development are on track. These check-ups are opportunities to ask questions and receive reassurance. 3. **Feeding and Nutrition**: Ensure your baby is feeding well, either through breastfeeding or formula, and monitor their growth and weight gain. Your pediatrician can provide guidance on feeding schedules and introducing solids when the time comes. 4. **Hygiene and Comfort**: Keep your baby clean, comfortable, and safe. Regular diaper changes, bathing, and ensuring a comfortable sleeping environment are essential. 5. **Emotional Support**: Taking care of a baby can be physically and emotionally demanding. It's important to take breaks when needed, seek support from family and friends, and prioritize your own well-being. 6. **Learning and Growing**: Parenting is a learning process, and it's normal to face challenges along the way. Be patient with yourself and celebrate the small victories. 7. **Community and Resources**: Join parenting groups or seek online forums where you can connect with other parents. Sharing experiences and advice can be valuable. 8. **Self-care**: Remember to take care of yourself. A well-rested and healthy parent is better able to care for their baby. If you have specific concerns or questions about your baby's care, don't hesitate to discuss them with your pediatrician. They can offer guidance tailored to your baby's individual needs and provide reassurance during this journey of parenthood.
