#AskTheExpert hello Dr my child is going to complete his 3yrs by 29th of this month so I want to know how I can decrease his habit of diaper?plz suggest

*#How to avoid Bed wetting*
It is very simple ...
💠make the kid pee every night b4 bed
💠no liquids post 7pm....try to give milk also earlier say in the evening
💠water just a few sips past 7pm
💠wake the kid n take him/ her to the washroom in the night...
Don't worry they will sleep off again
💠Dont scold or hit a child if they take time to learn this... It's ok...they will learn soon.
💠stop diapering the kids after 1.5 to 2 years of age during nights & try to never diaper them in day time from birth. ... Use normal cotton underwear... It is skin n pocket friendly...
This will save u a few thousand rupees!!!
