#asktheexpert# hello Dr. my baby is 1 year and 3 months old and as u prescribed earlier I have given him fepanil 2.5 ml at 5:30pm and 2.5 ml at 10:30pm and 2.5 ml at 12 am. but his fever has no change. He has bit cold too. what should I do right now? should I wipe his head with cold water (he has cold but fever didnt get lowered enough taking fepanil) pls help me.

DR SHIWAJIRAO PATILGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Hello, your baby boy is 15 months old and he is having a fever and cold so after giving syrup fepanil it doesn’t respond so first give him plenty of water and then syrup sinarest 4 ml three times a day
