#AskTheExpert Hello Doctor, Sir actually I have twin daughters. They both have hair fall issues. They are 6years 8 months old. Please suggest which shampoo and hair oil they should apply? Which one would be better please suggest. I am using Johnsons shampoo and coconut oil for both of them and please give some vitamins.

AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 8 m old boy4 years agoA. Hi mom. Give diet rich in protein to control hairfall like egg, chicken, fish, soya, lentils, black chana etc.
Do not tie hair too tightly as this can break hair.
Use wide tooth comb to comb hair.
Also apply coconut oil mixed with onion juice on the scalp to stop hair from falling
