#asktheexpert hello I've twin daughters they are now 3.2 years but they don't eat normal food only in puree form... please help me

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist3 years agoA. You have to stop offering such foods to them and as it’s too late they have got used it might be a little difficult to get them over it and you have to get a little firm with them

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist3 years agoA. Hello mom They are well old enough and should not at all be on a puréed diet at all , they would lack in lot of nutrients and over all their development it’s not an ideal consistency diet for them now
